Although Hapoel Holon reached an extension agreement with CJ Harris back in April, the two sides will actually part ways and the player will move to JL Bourg-en-Bresse for the upcoming season, according to Eurohoops’s Dionysis Aravantinos and Chema de Lucas.
CJ Harris was a key piece in Hapoel Holon’s successful run last season, especially so in the Basketball Champions League where they reached the Final Eight Tournament.
The American guard was among the leading scorers of the competition with 17.5 points on 43% from three over 12 games. He also played 32 games in the Israeli League, averaging 15.7 points.
Harris has experienced multiple seasons in a number of Euro competitions but it will be his first time showing up in the 7DAYS EuroCup. When it comes to the French League, he returns to the championship after playing for Pau-Orthez in 2018-19.
