Promitheas has signed point guard Nikos Gkikas to a deal, the club announced Friday.
Gkikas, 30, arrives from AEK Athens, where he averaged 6.9 points and 2.5 assists in 25 Greek League games last season. He helped AEK win the Greek Cup title and reach the Basketball Champions League final in 2020.
Gkikas returns to Promitheas after last playing with the club from 2016 to 2019, while he has also played for other Greek clubs such as Filathlitikos, Aris Thessaloniki and Nea Kifisia Dimoukas Athens, as well as for Ventspils of Latvia.
He is set to make his EuroCup debut next season.
