Morabanc Andorra coach Ibon Navarro was officially fired by the club. Andorra said in the announcement that they decided to let Navarro go due to a “poor dynamic of results.”
Assistant David Eudal will take over as head coach.
While Andorra has been having a solid EuroCup run (5-4), the team struggled in the Spanish ACB League, being 5-12 and just one spot above the relegation zone.
Per Andorra: “We’d like to thank Navarro’s work and professionalism during the three and a half seasons he has been coach of the team. Under his leadership, the club achieved important successes and his work will forever go down in the history of the club.”
