In one of the most interesting games in the Eurocup this season, JL Bourg en Bresse (5-1) won in Spain in a nail-biter against Joventut 85-80 and the Spanish club dropped to a 4-2 record.
In an incredibly close second half, the French side won the game in the last minute. James Palmer sealed the deal with free throws, but before that Julien Axel hit a big three-pointer. Palmer led the way with 23 points, and Pierre Pelos added 13. For Joventut, Henry Ellenson scored 16 points.
Turk Telekom (5-1) continues to play great basketball and got a key win. Jerian Grant and Axel Bouteille led the Turkish team to its fifth victory in group B over Promitheas (4-2) with the final score being 98-83.
The guests got a double-digit lead after the first quarter, and never looked back. Bouteille had team-high 24 points. On the other side, it was all Joe Young who had 30 points, but it was not enough to overcome Turk Telekom.
Buducnost (4-2) played at an extremely high level, they fought from the first to the last minute and more than deservedly celebrated the 70-64 win against Hapoel in Tel Aviv (3-3). Cameron Reynolds lead the team with 23 points, and Alpha Kaba added 17 points and 14 rebounds.
For Hapoel, Xavier Munford scored 21 points, and Chinanu Onuaku added 15 points.
Venice (4-2) is on a roll after their fourth straight win. There were no problems for them in the 80-60 win against Brescia (2-4). Allerik Freeman led the way with 22 points.
