Officially heading to the BKT EuroCup Playoffs with an 11-1 record in Group A, Paris Basketball crushed Veolia Towers Hamburg at home 120-91 with a magnificent performance by TJ Shorts, named MVP of Round 12 after putting up.
After the amazing victory, TJ Shorts praised the group. “It was a great team effort. We try to play fast every time, and today I think we did that. We scored 120 points. It’s crazy and I hope we can keep this going for the rest of the season. I’ll take what the defense gives me. Credit to my teammates for getting me into positions and my coaches for trusting me. I just felt good out there”, he commented.
Since joining Paris Basketball after being named Regular Season and Final Four MVP in last year’s Basketball Champions League won with Telekom Baskets Bonn, the 25-year-old guard has been killing it with 18.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, 7.4 assists, and 2.1 steals per game in the BKT EuroCup. This is his second MVP of the Round since he moved to the competition.
