Paris Basketball has emerged as the team to beat and proved it beyond any doubt by beating Besiktas on the road by 23 points.

The guests put on a show once more with TJ Shorts being at the center of it and delivering.

The front-runner for the BKT EuroCup MVP award had 23 points and six assists.

Second in the standings of Group A, Hapoel Tel Aviv also got a big 91-85 win on the road over Joventut Badalona.

Veteran guard Will Cummings led the charge with 19 points for the Israelis which entered the last two minutes leading by nine (90-81) and held on until the end.

However, everything is already pretty much decided on Group A and all four teams will play in the playoffs.

On the contrary Wolves Vilnius beat Hamburg Towers by 10 (94-84) but both teams have already lost their chances of qualification.

Former Real Madrid member Jeffery Taylor with 20 points was the top scorer of the winning side.

Also, Umana Reyer Venice beat Prometey Slobozhanske 108-92 after being down by 13. Kyle Wiltjer was Reyer’s leading scorer with 25 points.

However, the Italians are already eliminated while Prometey has a ticket for the next phase.

In Group B, Lietkabelis beat Slask (91-75) behind 21 points by Deividas Sirvydis but the chances of the winning side advancing are less than slim while Slask is last in the group standings.
