Erdem Can returns to Turk Telekom as head coach, the club announced. Can is back with the Turkish side after the 2022-23 season when he coached the team to the EuroCup Finals.
In 2023-24, Can worked as head coach for Anadolu Efes for his debut EuroLeague run in that position. He was fired in February following the team’s 9 – 15 start in the EuroLeague.
Can began his coaching career with Turk Telekom as an assistant in 2008. He took over as head coach in 2022 after spending the previous season as an assistant to Quin Snyder at the Utah Jazz.
In 2017, Can became a EuroLeague champion as an assistant coach to Zeljko Obradovic at Fenerbahce Beko.
