Playing in Murcia for only one season, Dustin Sleva was one of the standout players in both the Basketball Champions League and the ACB, attracting interest from several teams all over Europe.
At the end of an exceptional season that saw him reaching both the BCL Final Four and the ACB Finals, where UCAM Murcia respectively ended with a bronze medal and a 3-0 sweep against Real Madrid, he joined Besiktas, where he will play in the BKT EuroCup.
In the 2024-25 Basketball Champions League campaign, alongside Dylan Ennis and teammates, he averaged 10.5 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.
The player gave his farewell to the Spanish side on social media. “I will never forget this year in Murcia. The way the whole community came together to support us was something I never experienced in my life”, he commented.
It won’t be the first time Dustin Sleva played in the BKT EuroCup, as he took part in eight games with Paris Basketball during the 2022-23 campaign, averaging 6.4 points and 3.1 rebounds per game.
