Set for a fourth straight BKT EuroCup season across different teams each year, 33-year-old Brandon Paul joined Cosea JL Bourg. Besides featuring in 55 EuroCup games between Buducnost VOLI, ratiopharm Ulm, Joventut Badalona, and Nizhny Novgorod, he played in 50 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague contests, between spells with Olympiacos in 2019-20 and Anadolu Efes in 2016-17. In 2017-18, the Illinois product made his way to 65 NBA games as a member of the San Antonio Spurs. Wilson Jacques, Adrian Nelson, Mehdy Ngouama, Jean-Marc Pansa, and Jordan Usher were already on the list of summer signings for the French club.

After re-signing captain Vytenis Lipkevicius, 7bet-Lietkabelis added 25-year-old Giorgos Kalaitzakis. From 42 appearances in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague over two stints with Panathinaikos and 13 games played during the 2021-22 NBA Regular Season with the Milwaukee Bucks and Oklahoma City Thunder, the Greek forward is heading to the EuroCup.

Umana Reyer Venice retained 25-year-old Aamir Simms on a multiyear deal. Earlier in the offseason, Kyle Wiltjer also penned a contract extension. Tyler Ennis, Alessandro Lever, Davide Moretti, and Carl Wheatle are the additions, so far, for the team coached by Neven Spahija.

Puerto Rican Alfonso Plummer moved to Ulm. Following three games played with Paris in the 2022-23 season, the 26-year-old guard returns to the EuroCup. Ben Saraf and Nelson Weidemann formed earlier arrivals for the German club.

Besides teams adding new players, Veolia Towers Hamburg extended the contract of head coach Benka Barloschky until 2027.
