Preparing for the upcoming 2024-25 BKT EuroCup season, KK Buducnost Voli made another adjustment to its roster, bringing in the 24-year-old physically dominant center Udoka Azubuike.

Coming off one season in the NBA with the Phoenix Suns, he spent three campaigns from 2020 to 2023 with the Utah Jazz, which selected him with the 27th overall pick in the NBA Draft. In the 2021-22 season, he also spent time in the G-League with the Salt Lake City Stars.

Before heading to the league, the Nigerian-rooted rim protector spent four years (2016-20) in the NCAA with the Kansas Jayhawks. In 2019, his defensive capabilities were awarded as Udoka Azubuike was named NABC Defensive Player of the Year.

He averaged a double-double of 13.7 points and 10.5 rebounds per game in his latest NCAA season, 2019-20.
