Hapoel Tel Aviv destroyed Trefl

By Eurohoops team/ info@eurohoops.net

Things were more than easy in Group A of the BKT EuroCup for Hapoel Tel Aviv on the road against Trefl Sopot.

When the final score is 93-64 in favor of the guests, there’s not much to explain with Marcus Foster scoring 21 points and being the first among equals. Pat Beverley with 11 points, four rebounds, and three assists didn’t have to do much more.

Wolves survived the test by Trento at home and a game decided on details. The final 88-83 is a testament to that with Anthony Lamb missing the chance to send the game to overtime before Matas Jogela made two free throws with no time left.

Andrew Andrews with 23 points was the top scorer of the winning side and ironically Lithuanian Eigirdas Zukauskas was the top scorer of the losing side with 21 points.
