Following an early exit from the Tel Aviv derby on Sunday, Patrick Beverley will be sidelined for at least two weeks.
Hapoel Shlomo Tel Aviv updated the injury status of the 36-year-old point guard on Monday morning, a few hours after the meeting with Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv in Round 9 of Israel’s Winner League Regular Season.
Beverley left Menora Mivtachim Arena to undergo an MRI in a nearby hospital. The medical tests revealed a small tear in his quadriceps muscle. He will be re-evaluated in two weeks, as noted by the Israeli club.
However, the experienced floor general mentioned rehab lasting six weeks in a post on social media.
