Another amazing offensive performance gives Valencia 11th victory

What a night in the BKT EuroCup, with Valencia once again taking the headlines. Pedro Martinez’s side stayed perfect and improved to 11-0 thanks to a 108-80 win over Cluj-Napoca, but the story of the day is their first-half performance.

The Taronja team scored 73 points during the first 20 minutes of the game, setting a EuroCup record for the most points in a single half.

Eight different Valencia players finished in double digits, with Jean Montero, Semi Ojeleye, and Josep Puerto leading the way with 14 points each. Martinez’s side once again proves to be the top favorite for the trophy.

In other games, Budućnost Voli beat Trento 110-108 in overtime. Hapoel Tel Aviv did the same against Beşiktaş, winning 109-101 after 45 minutes of play, with Antonio Blakeney scoring 27 points and Johnathan Motley adding 21 points.

Türk Telekom beat Cedevita Olimpija on the road 74-80, while Ratiopharm ulm dominated BC Wolves 114-91 in Germany.

Reyer Venice also finished in triple digits, defeating JL Bourg in France 99-102, while Joventut recorded a narrow 92-89 win over winless Tref Sopot.
