In one of the marquee duels of Group B, Valencia proved beyond any doubt why they are leading the standings with an 116-78 win over Turk Telekom.

Xabi Lopez-Arostegui with 20 points led the charge as the home side once more demonstrated their quality and their status as trophy contenders putting on a show from start to finish.

Berkan Durmaz had 16 points for Turk Telekom.

In the other game of the same group, Bourg-en-Bresse defended their home court against Lietkabelis (79-66) with Jordan Usher scoring 17 points.

Gran Canaria on the road and Hapoel Tel Aviv at home – but in Bulgaria – made things happen in Group A of the BKT EuroCup.

The Spanish team beat Ulm in Germany (83-76) despite a 19-point game by top NBA prospect Ben Saraf.

Carlos Alocen with 14 points was the top scorer of a balanced effort from the winning side, which remains second in the standings, behind Bahcesehir.

The third place belongs to Hapoel Tel Aviv which beat by 21 points Trento (89-68) and caught Ulm with a 9-5 record. Bruno Caboclo with 19 points was the top scorer of coach Itoudis’ team.
