Something really special was prepared by Galatasaray for tonight’s Eurocup match against Pinar Karsiyaka.
The club from Istanbul will sign a one day contract with nine-year old Yusuf, who has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Tonight, young Yusuf will also join the pre-game ceremony as player of Galatasaray, along with his… teammates!
As part of the “One Team” program by Euroleague, Galatasaray works together with the “One life, thousand hopes” association in order to help young children with cerebral palsy overcome the barriers that sometimes face in socializing, by teaching them basketball.
