Nihad Djedovic and FC Bayern Munich reached a multiple year agreement. The Munich-grown German-Bosnian has extended his contract with the team until 2018 with an option for one more year.
The 26-year-old small forward will begin his fourth season with Bayern: “I am happy that I will stay with Bayern. I only had this plan and was hoping to stay in Munich, it’s like my second home. I will work to develop myself in the next few years as a player. I hope to help Bayern to celebrate even a few titles – and that I finally get some time without injuries the next season.”
CEO Marko Pesic, who traveled in order to finalize discussions with Djedovic stated: “What Nihad can give us is important, he showed that last season until his injury. We are sure that he has not reached the limit of his development as a player.”
