Last summer Partizan was among the teams that were forced to withdraw their application to play in EuroCup, thus joining the inaugural Basketball Champions League.
But it seems that the 2017/2018 season will find the club once again in the second-tier European basketball competition.
As Serbian website, Mozzart Sport reports, Partizan has already submitted the necessary documents for registration in the 2017/2018 EuroCup, managing to apply before the deadline of Friday (9/6).
Partizan claims a spot in the championship after winning third place in ABA League. ABA is granted three positions in EuroCup and the other two spots are expected to be occupied by Cedevita and Buducnost.
EuroLeague will examine the application of Partizan and if everything is in place then the Serbian team will compete in EuroCup once more.
