Maccabi which was on the verge of signing their former coach, at least according to the local reports, send a press release according to which David Blatt will stay with Darussafaka and coach at the EuroCup next season.
No other details are provided in the announcement. Blatt was expected to leave Darussafaka after the end of the season despite having a contract for 2017-18 since the team will not compete in the EuroLeague and Dogus, the main sponsor, will also be the main sponsor of EuroLeague champs Fenerbahce.
