The moment when a player signs his first professional contract is quite special and TJ Cline couldn’t wait to tell the world.
Hence announcing himself that Galatasaray signed him to a deal that will find him playing in the Turkish League and EuroCup, the second-tier continental competition, next season.
Cline, 23, averaged 18.6 points and 8.6 rebounds in his senior year with Richmond’s Spiders Men in the NCAA. The American forward/center went undrafted in the 2017 NBA Draft and as many before him, will take his talents to Europe.
He’s the son of former WNBA star, Hall of Fame member and current Sacramento Kings assistant coach Nancy Lieberman.
