Kaba played since 2015 for Mega Leks and last year he averaged 10.5 ppg and 8.3 rpg in 51 games both in the Adriatic League and the Basketball Champions League.
He is also part of the extended pool of players which are part of the French national team project for the 2020 Olympic Games. Tony Parker, the owner of ASVEL, stated: “It’s a great satisfaction to be able to sign Alpha, a young but already productive and promising player who is part of our long-term project. The fact that he signed for three years demonstrates our desire to retain our core players and to have a real identity to which our public and our partners can relate to.
