In the third day of the 7Days Eurocup competition, in group B, Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia, FC Bayern Munich and Buducnost Voli Podgorica got wins.
In the first game of the day, Reggiana got an important and tough 75-82 on the road victory against Lietkabelis Panevezys. Even though the visitors were down at the half, they managed to come back in the third and fourth quarter, built a stable lead and defeat Lietkabelis, marking their second win of the Eurocup season. Amedeo Della Valle scored 22 points for the winners.
In Israel, Bayern Munich defeated Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem 83-91 to get their third consecutive win of the season and remain undefeated. The Israeli side remains winless with a 0-3 record, despite Austin Daye’s 28 points. Bayern’s team game and offensive repertoire lead them to the winning result. Vladimir Lucic led the way with 16 points.
Finally, in the third game of the day, Buducnost defeated 87-78 Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul at home to also remain undefeated. Since the early first quarter, the home side had the upper hand in the game (25-14) and kept it until the end. With five players scoring double-digit points, the winners shared the ball and played good team basketball. Zoran Nikolic finished with 14 points and 9 rebounds.
