Galatasaray Odeabank and Oktay Mahmuti are in advanced talks, according to Eurohoops sources. It is expected that the Turkish coach will give his final answer tomorrow to become the new head coach of the team.
Mahmuti, who is near a deal with the team, worked for Galatasaray once in the past between 2010 and 2012. He also has experience with Benetton, Darussafaka and Efes (4 Turkish championships).
Galatasaray parted ways with Erman Kunter in the past days and the team was supervised by his assistant coach Recep Sen in the last league game.
