In a battle between two teams that have already been qualified to the playoffs, Lokomotiv Kuban extended its incredible winning streak in EuroCup to 15 – 0 by beating Buducnost 77 – 66 in Krasnodar.
This result “locks” first place for Loko and places the Montenegrin club to the second seed in Group G.
Frank Elegar scored 16 points while Dmitry Kulagin added 14 plus 6 rebounds for the winning squad. Nikola Ivanovic posted 15 points and Suad Sehovic scored 13.
In Zagreb, Dolomiti Energia Trento beat Cedevita 81 – 77 behind 21 points by Yannick Franke, to grab its second victory in the Top 16 and keep the Croatian side winless.
Filip Kruslin had 21 points and 6 rebounds while NBA Draft prospect Dzanan Musa scored 13 and grabbed 3 rebounds in 23:11.
