Jamar Smith signed a new two-year contract with Unics Kazan as the club announced today. The American sharpshooter who spent last season in Unics and the previous two in Unicaja Malaga, has emerged as one of the most reliable threats beyond the arc in Europe.
He was the March MVP in the VTB United League, averaging 47,3% in threes last season and a mind-blowing 51,9% in the playoffs.
In the 7Days EuroCup, his percentage was more down to Earth, “just” a 39,3% in threes.
