Before the end of the 2017-2018 season, there had been discussions about Baris Ermis and his contract. As it was made official by Tofas Bursa, Baris Ermis has agreed on a two-year extension with the Turkish team.
The 33-year old point-guard had a big impact in Tofas the last couple of years, with his experience and talent. Since the 2015-2016 season, Ermis, has been playing for Tofas and in 2017-2018 he also competed in the 7DAYS EuroCup competition. Ermis averaged 5.2 points and an impressive 6.2 assists per game in Tofas’ run in Europe last season.
In the Turkish League All-Star game, he was also named as the All-Star game MVP.
