Valencia signed American shooting guard Matt Thomas on a contract for the next two seasons, the Spanish club announced.
Thomas comes off an impressive debut season in the Spanish League with the jersey of Obradoiro. In the 34 games of the 2017-2018 regular season, the former Iowa State player averaged 15.4 points (shooting 46% on 3-pointer on five attempts per game) plus 3 rebounds and 2 assists per match. He finished as the fourth top scorer in ACB in the first professional season of his career.
With Valencia, Thomas will compete in EuroCup, apart from ACB.
