Crvena Zvezda announced the return of Maik Zirbes to the team after two seasons. The two sides agreed on a one-year contract.
Zirbes returns to Belgrade after last playing there from 2014 to 2016. The German big man arrives from Bayern Munich, with which he averaged 6.2 points and 2.7 in 21 EuroCup games this past season.
Zirbes also posted an average of 5 points and 3.5 rebounds in the German League, in 14 games played, as Bayern was crowned champion.
