Elgin Cook is the new member of Cedevita, as the club announced. The 25 years old player signed a two-year contract that includes an opt-out clause for next season.
During his last season at the University of Oregon (2015-16), he averaged 14.82 points, 5.13 rebounds, 2.32 assists and 1.42 steals per game. He made his NBA debut with the Golden State Warriors, where he played two games, before being sent to the Santa Cruz Warriors.
Last year he played for Ludwigsburg. In the German BBL he had 12.93 points, 3.73 rebounds, 0.93 assists and 0.95 steals per game, while in the Basketball Champions League he averaged 11.32 points, 4.05 rebounds, 1.21 assists and 1.26 steals.
He is the son of former NBA player Alvin Robertson, who was a four-time All-Star and won the gold medal in the 1984 Olympics.
