Stratos Perperoglou will sign with Serbian powerhouse Crvena Zvezda according to Eurohoops sources. The 33-year-old veteran Greek forward will thus continue playing in EuroCup where he also competed last season with Hapoel Jerusalem.
In 2017-2018, Perperoglou posted 8.2 points and 3.2 rebounds per game in ten EuroCup games with Hapoel in EuroCup. He also averaged 10.5 points and 3.7 rebounds in the Israeli Winner League.
Perperoglou, 33, has been a three-time EuroLeague champion, twice with Panathinaikos (2009, 2011) and once with Olympiacos in 2013. With the latter, he played under new Crvena Zvezda head coach Milan Tomic who then served as an assistant in the Greek club.
Throughout his career, Perperoglou also played with Anadolu Efes and Barcelona.
