The 31-year-old forward Novica Velickovic will keep wearing the Partizan NIS jersey for another season, the club announced.
The team captain played six EuroCup games last season averaging 9.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists while in ABA League, he posted 12.1 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
This will be his third straight season with Partizan after returning to the club in 2016 and ninth overall as he was wearing the black and white jersey back in 2004-2009.
“I have already noted many times what playing in Partizan jersey means to me. How big of a privilege and honor it is to be the captain of the biggest club in the region. The relationship between Partizan and me has been stronger than any contract for a long time, so today was only a formality.”, Velickovic explained.
