Samardo Samuels re-signs with Limoges

A few days ago, Limoges’ sports director, Olivier Bourgain announced that a surprise for Limoges’ fans is on the way. A couple of days later, the surprise has been confirmed, and Samardo Samuels has remained with the team, as he has signed a brand new deal.

In 13 games last season where he participated in, Samuels was a driving force in the paint as he averaged 11.6 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. Samuels, instantly became a fan favorite as he plays with passion, helps the team on the court, but always remains positive off the court.

The 29-year old started his career with Cleveland next to Kyrie Irving  and also played for Reno and Erie Bay of the D-League, Hapoel Jerusalem of Israel, AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan of Italy and Enel Brindisi of Italy, FC Barcelona of Spain and Jiangsu Nangang Dragons Nanjing of China, as well as being a member of the Jamaican national team. He helped Milan win the Italian League title in 2014 and led Jamaica to a bronze medal at CentroBasket 2012, per EuroCup.
