Galatasaray announced its 2+8 month deal with 22-year-old Marko Arapovic Friday.
Born in a basketball family (son of multi-medalist with the Croatian NT Franjo Arapovic), Marko’s fate was settled. He arrives at the Turkish club from Cedevita, where he posted an average of 8.3 points and four rebounds in 21 ABA League games last season.
Despite being only 22, Arapovic has already spent two seasons in EuroLeague and four seasons in EuroCup with Cibona and Cedevita respectively.
