AS Monaco and Partizan Belgrade got their first victories in Group E of the EuroCup Top 16 to create a four-way tie after Round 2.
With five players in double figures, Partizan beat Alba Berlin 78 – 66 at home. Vanja Marinkovic scored 14 while Jock Landale dropped 12 points. Nikola Jankovic had 11 points and seven rebounds. Alex Renfroe dished out 12 assists to go with his two points.
Martin Hermannson finished with 16 points for Alba.
Meanwhile, in France, Monaco had a powerful 28 – 19 fourth quarter output thanks to which it defeated Rytas Vilnius 75 – 70. Elmedin Kikanovic and Jarrod Jones dropped 15 points apiece with the latter adding eight boards.
Martynas Echodas had 13 points for Rytas.
