ASVEL announced its agreed with Alexis Ajinca on the termination of their contract. The former NBA player’s return to Europe and France was short-lived.
The French club noted that a friendly agreement was in place on the terms of the premature ending of the contract. ASVEL went on mentioning that parting ways was in the best interest of both sides and wished Ajinca good luck for the rest of his career.
The 30-year-old French center only played in two 7DAYS EuroCup Top 16 games helping his team advance to the playoffs with 10 points and 3.5 rebounds per contest. He had 6 points and 3.2 rebounds in Jeep Elite action.
