Although Buducnost VOLI Podgorica had a solid start off the game, Unicaja Malaga turned the tables and recorded an 83-70 home win in 7DAYS EuroCup Group D.
Volodymyr Herun scored 19 points for the winning side in addition to Josh Adams‘ 15. For Buducnost, Scott Bamforth scored 19 and Justin Cobbs 16 points.
Buducnost was ahead 25-18 after ten minutes but Unicaja was the leading side at halftime (48-42). They kept going after the break and were up by as much as 19 points (81-62) as they sealed the deal.
Yesterday (1/10), Galatasaray Doga Sigorta Istanbul and Asseco Arka Gdynia logged wins over Dolomiti Energia Trento and EWE Baskets Oldenburg respectively.
