Buducnost VOLI informed on Friday that Scott Wood’s contract was terminated. The 29-year-old American guard made his way to Montenegro in August, but saw limited action since and did not compete in any EuroCup game.
The former UCAM Murcia, Santa Cruz Warriors, Pinar Karsiyaka and BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque is now a free agent following his short tenure with Buducnost.
His former team just recently parted ways with head coach Slobodan Subotic after dropping its first three affairs at the continental club competition level. The Montenegrin club is now 0-4 in Group D, also 2-1 in the ABA League.
