Germani Brescia Leonessa resisted Joventut Badalona’s late surge and prevailed over with an 87-83 victory, increasing its chances to be one of the Top 16 qualifiers.
Kenneth Horton was the leading scorer for the hosts and exited the game with 21 points. On the opposing end, Alen Omic posted 17 points for Badalona.
Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana defeated UNICS Kazan 81-76 in Round 7 of 7DAYS EuroCup and prevented them from punching their Top 16 ticket from early on.
Mikael Hopkins led Cedevita Olimpija to the victory with a 20-point performance, while Jamar Smith’s game-high 26 points paced the Russian side.
Earlier in Round 7, Darussafaka downed Nanterre away from home.
