Dolomiti Energia Trento advanced to the EuroCup Top 16 by defeating Unicaja Malaga 88 – 76 in the final round of the regular season.
Trento finished the Group Stage with a 5-5 record while Malaga, that had already clinched first place, is 8-2. Buducnost and Arka Gdynia are the two eliminated teams from Group D.
James Blackmon (19 points), Alessandro Gentile (17 points, five rebounds, four assists), Davide Pascolo (12 points, seven rebounds) and Rashad Kelly (12 points) led Trento’s efforts.
From Malaga, Dario Brizuela dropped 14 points and Josh Adams 13.
