Germani Brescia Leonessa prevailed over Nanterre 92 with an 85-78 victory in the final round of the regular season and sealed its ticket to the Top 16 round for the first time in the club’s history.
DeAndre Lansdowne and Awudu Abass were the leading scorers of Brescia in this victory, ending the game with 19 and 18 points each.
Nanterre controlled the first half and led by two points at halftime (41-39), though the tables turned when Brescia outran their visitors in the third period with a partial 25-11 score.
There’s only one ticket up for grabs for the Top 16 round for Group C, and everything will be decided on Wednesday.
