Jan Vesely confirmed his donation to Australia that has experienced the worst bushfires in its history. Promised $100 for each point scored by his team in the EuroLeague Regular Season Round 19 and 20 contests, so 86 versus LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne plus 74 versus FC Barcelona made out his donation of $16,000.
Australia’s own Jock Landale started a movement in the EuroLeague. Chris Singleton and Mike James followed his example in helping the country before Vesely made a contribution of his own.
