Medical tests performed on Saturday confirmed a left ankle sprain for Thomas Heurtel, Barcelona announced. A timetable for his recovery will be determined upon further evaluation.
Just a couple of weeks after returning from his left knee injury, the 30-year-old French floor general will be sidelined once again. Lasted five minutes in his third EuroLeague game back before picking up the ankle injury.
Dished two assists versus Olimpia Milano on Friday. Previously averaged 8 points, 6 assists and 3.5 rebounds over a couple of EuroLeague appearances.
