Nearly a decade after his first and only EuroLeague experience, Kalin Lucas is back in Europe’s premier club competition. Crvena Zvezda mts announced his addition on Saturday confirming the players’ social media post on Friday.
Fresh off Michigan State, he tipped off his professional career with Olympiacos. Went on to play in Turkey and Israel aside NBA and G League, but never found his way back to EuroLeague. Over nine appearances with the Reds in 2011-12 averaged 5.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1 assist per game.
Lucas will meet Dragan Sakota’s side tied for tenth place in EuroLeague with a 10-14 W-L tally. The Serbian club is tied for third place in the ABA League with a 12-7 record.
