EuroLeague returns this Thursday after a short break and as we’re heading towards the end of the regular season, here are some of our picks for Round 25!
Panathinaikos – Barcelona 2 / 1.95
Valencia – Maccabi 2 / 1.83
Crvena Zvezda – CSKA Moscow 2 (-3) / 1.71
CSKA is for sure a more qualitative team than Zvezda and looks to bounce back from back-to-back defeats in EuroLeague. Hence, it is expected to be concentrated in Belgrade, at Zvezda’s tough homecourt. The momentum seems to be on the Russians’ side since the hosts arrive at the game after a tough overtime defeat to Partizan in the Serbian Cup.
Munich – Efes Anadolu 1 (+6) / 1.71
Efes is a better team but the motivation is higher for Bayern Munich. The visiting team is expected to travel without Larkin and Micic and the momentum seems to be on the Germans’ side. Bayern Munich is able to win the game and at least the hosts can keep the handicap of 6 points.
