Last week Facu Campazzo led Real Madrid to win the Copa del Rey and has also been chosen as the MVP of the tournament. Given his fantastic performance, Campazzo has drawn more attention, especially from the NBA, and that is why Real remains attentive to his contract situation even though it was recently renewed through the 2023-24 season.
There has been speculation for a possible increase in the buyout clauses of Campazzo’s contract after the Copa del Rey, something that his manager, Claudio Villanueva denied on Clarín.
“It is by no means true that the club has increased the exit clause by the number being said. Nothing has changed”, Campazzo’s manager mentioned. According to Clarín, the exit clause in the Argentinean’s contact is estimated between 6 and 8 million dollars. That being said, the door to the NBA can still remain open for the 28-year-old guard.
