The Lithuanian Ministry of Health expressed its concerns about the upcoming Turkish Airlines Euroleague game in Kaunas between Zalgiris and Olimpia Milano (Friday, 28/2), due to a coronavirus outbreak in Italy, as Donatas Urbonas reports.
Despite initial thoughts of postponing the game, Zalgiris mentioned through a press release that they expect to play the game vs Milano as it was scheduled. Milan officials have also confirmed they have no restrictions to come to Kaunas, as further reported.
The EuroLeague organization was also informed about the situation, while they are expected to discuss any potential dangers that could result to postpone the game.
