CSKA Moscow President Andrey Vatutin gave a live interview broadcasted on the team’s VK page, in which he stated that Mike James will remain isolated, after having dinner with Lokomotiv players. The Krasnodar team entered quarantine after their last game vs. Kalev since a member of the coaching staff tested positive for COVID-19.
“At the moment Mike and the Lokomotiv players had dinner, our player did not know that Kalev’s assistant coach tested positive for COVID-19. It was bad timing,” tells Vatutin.
“Mike is now in isolation. We will wait for the test results from Krasnodar. Our medical staff is monitoring him closely all this time. Today he didn’t practice with the rest of the team and we hope for the best”.
