With the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season on hold and 2020 Final Four unlikely to be played according to the initial schedule due to the coronavirus pandemic, Euroleague Basketball posted a letter towards the Final Four ticket buyers on Friday. While clarifying that the Final Four is unlikely to be canceled, Euroleague Basketball notes how Final Four ticket holders can either keep their tickets for the alternative dates or apply for a full refund.
Dear Final Four ticket buyer,
As a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the instructions of the relevant authorities, it has become impossible to maintain the regularity of the competitions, and in order to preserve the health and safety of the participants and fans, Euroleague Basketball in agreement with its clubs has been forced to take the decision to temporarily suspend all 2019-20 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games until further notice.
As such, in the case that the 2020 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Cologne has to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, Euroleague Basketball will grant you the possibility to keep your – still valid – Final Four tickets for the alternative date of the event or the possibility to apply for a full refund of the face value of the tickets after the alternative dates are announced, in that case, you will receive the instructions on how to apply for a refund.
Additionally, in the unlikely case that the 2020 Final Four has to be canceled, you will be still able to apply for a full refund of your tickets as per the Final Four Terms & Conditions displayed at https://f4tickets.com/en/tnciacoc
Please be aware that if you have sold your ticket using the official fan-to-fan marketplace operated by StubHub, you will no longer have the chance to refund that ticket, as this right is passed along to the buyer of that ticket.
