Following US State Department’s call for Americans to return to the States or be prepared to stay abroad indefinitely, Panathinaikos‘ US imports have returned home.
Given that EuroLeague and Greek League action has been suspended following the safety measures due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Greens have granted permission to their American players to fly back home.
A few days prior, Jimmer Fredette also left Greece with his family to return to the US, while several teams have followed similar policies with their foreign players in the past days.
