After his first pro season, with Partizan Belgrade, Jock Landale joined Zalgiris Kaunas with which he debuted in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.
He has been playing under Sarunas Jasikevicius and the Australian center had high praise for the coach: “Saras is a great coach. He understands how a player thinks, he understands the [player’s] life better than anyone else. He’s been through college, he’s been to the NBA, he’s been on the national championship teams, he’s been on EuroLeague championship teams. He’s been through it all. That guy, he’s just a winner and that’s what you want to see in a coach.”
