Malcolm Delaney confirmed via Twitter that there Olympiacos and Olimpia Milan have expressed interest in adding him to the roster for the next season in case he decides to leave Barcelona, as was reported by Eurohoops’ Nikos Varlas.

However, he was also very clear that everything is currently at that stage and there has been no offer so far nor did he talk with his former (and current Olympiacos) coach Georgios Bartzokas, as was reported by various media outlets.

Delaney’s contract with Barcelona has an opt-out clause that can be used until the 22nd of June and it also includes an NBA clause. That said, the 31-year-old American guard stated that Barcelona is his favorite city in Europe and would love to finish his career there if possible.

In 26 EuroLeague games during this season, Delaney averaged 10.2 ppg, while shooting 43% in threes and he also dished 4.8 apg.
